Support your squaddie, behave with dignity and take the objective

Be sure to have Engineering, Armored Assault I & II (focus is overland armor), then either one of the following: Advanced Medical or a MAX (focus is on heavy squad assault/support).

If possible, have all three of these requirements. With the new six hour timer, re-certing a character is painless. Failing that, employ alternate characters for other game-times. As you long-timers know, we don't ask much; but when we come together as a group, we want to be focused and properly equipped for what we do best: Tanks on the open field, maxes within the bases, and pain all around.

The central key is teamwork. Some general tips for when we come together are to listen carefully to the leader's instructions, send all strategy recommendations via a tell to the squad leader. Squad cohesion depends upon being a tool ready for use by the leader. Use a respectful tone when communicating and have some understanding when things don't go quite right. Always offer your help to your outfitmates, help them to improve by being gracious, courteous and understanding. If this description doesn't sound like you, then don't let the door hit your ass on the way out. If not, welcome to the finest group of gamers you're liable to find on the internet.
